چکیده

As the competition within the gaming industry continues to grow exponentially, these organizations are using players club programs as a key component of their marketing programs. This study investigates the relationship between casino players club programs and its members. Through the use of data collected from a mail survey of 3000 players club members, a detailed analysis was undertaken to explore the impacts of these programs on the creation of behavioral and attitudinal loyalty. The findings suggest for the majority of loyalty program members, these programs have little impact on creating loyalty and their subsequent gaming behavior.
